I have set a goal to reach 5k again by August 15.
I don't have the time to invest in playing games as I once did, due to increased responsibilities, work, school workload, etc., so I supplement it with tsumego, and play what games I can on the weekends.
Anyways, I want to document my progress here in this thread. Games for analysis will also be posted in another thread in the game analysis forum.
As of right now, here is my daily schedule:
30 elementary tsumego (Cho Chikun's)
A few intermediate tsumego
some joseki review/ studying (not memorization
Reviewing fundamental concepts in Lessons in the Fundamentals of Go
I also have about 25 games going on ogs and a few on DGS that I make moves on every day or so.
If there's anything that anyone would suggest I add to this schedule, that would be appreciated.
I'll be buying some more go books (Fundamentals is the only one I own) sometime soon..
