How strong are you now?

I was AGA 10k then I am 1k KGS now...

so 9 stones @fter 5 years....steady but slow..

You are too humble. I remember we both were around 6-7k around one year ago, so you have improved 4-5 stones in only one year.

hmmm ... looks like I joined GD in october of 2008 ... at 7k on KGS. I'm now 3k (2k soon maybe?). 4 stones in two years or so. Definitely slow going.

I registered at GD on February 16, and was ... 8k at the time. In the about a year since then, I've gained 7 stones.

You do still suck, but at the begining of 2010 I believe i was giving you 3 stones, now I take black...

When I joined GD in July 2008, I was bouncing between 6k and 7k KGS. I'm still 6k on KGS, so I haven't even improved by a full stone. :mad:
