Gogameguru sale
I just wanted to report that I ordered one of the sale books (Train Like a Pro, vol. 1) from Gogameguru.com on 10/22/2014 and it arrived 10/25/2016 with ordinary USPS shipping. Excellent service! I might have bought more sale books if only the site had some better descriptions of the series of Speed Baduk books--or at least table of contents for the later ones (the TOCs for the early ones are given at senseis.xmp.net, but these early books must be sold out at gogameguru
).

Re: Gogameguru sale
Nemir's Go Books site lists many, many Go books, with covers and table of contents. They appear to have the Speed Baduk for Beginners books listed there.
[UPDATE] Upon looking at the GoGameGuru site, it looks like the Speed Baduk books they are selling are maybe not part of the series mentioned on Nemir's that I linked to above. Also, there are lots more books (up to #12) on the GoGameGuru site. Since I don't think the Nemir site is being updated any longer, it seems to be of little use in this case.
