What level is this book (æ¥æ¬æåå´æ£æ»æ´»é)?

I found this book pretty cheap so bought it.
Howhever the problems seem to be quite hard now that I did an attempt at it.

Any ideas what would be the suggested rank for doing them ?

I haven't got this Chinese book, but I assume it could be a translation of a Japanese set I do have. That is a collection of problems by almost every Japanese pro of the Showa era. These come in three categories: kyu, dan and "Ultra C difficulty".
