Cannot open "My Account" tab on tygem site.

Cannot open "My Account" tab on tygem site.

Hi everyone. Hope someone knows what to do with TYGEM site.

I signed in with my account on TYGEM and want to change my information.
But when I open "My Account" it says: "Invalid entry. Password must be between 6-10 characters". Don't know what to do.

Help please.
