Ginsei Igo 17 Deep Learning
Anyone has info on this program? How strong is it compared to previous program like Zenith Go 6 and CSDL?

It's 6 dan on core i7-980(6core 3.33GHz) in 15 seconds 10 byoyomi periods time setting
Also, Ginsei Igo has very dark history, its original name is Silver Star, a North Korean program, and the head programmer was executed

That was a powerful CPU in its da. But not near the top range of what is now available (for a lot less money).
But if this is neural net program, might be more to the point to ask about the GPU's which the computer might have. Also if a neural net program, would not be all that close to the previous version (though to might be using much of that for the MCTS component)
