As title says, I am looking for this book. I had it, but can't find it, so it is time to buy another copy:P

Kato's Attack and Kill is in "print" from Kiseido Digital (http://www.kiseidodigital.com/) on a DVD or by download. The commemorative collection of Kato's games, 怒涛の譜 Dotou no Fu is available from Akashiya Shoten (http://www.akasiya-shoten.com/), though it might be aavailable from the Nihon Ki-in Overseas Department. Akashiya Shoten lists a price of 30000 yen, plus shipping.

The special collection of Kato's games in Japanese that you are interested in is currently on Yahoo auctions - just under 2 days to go and its almost at 16000 yen. There have been 21 bids.

There are second hand copies on Amazon Japan, but the vendors normally don't ship direct outside Japan.

You would need to use a third party to bid on Yahoo and if successful arrange shipping - I have used Buyee very successfully in the past.
