Japan shares in shock rise

Post by John Fairbairn »

At the GoGoD board meeting today, between the initial routine business (bulgogi and octopus yakisoba) and Any Other Business (gingerbread latte and double-chocolate muffin), a shareholder made the point that the Asian Games is being poorly reported.

Whilst we are unable to commit resources to such a vast project, we thought it worth reporting that in Round 6 of the men's team event Yamashita Keigo beat Yi Ch'ang-ho and Iyama Yuta beat Yi Se-tol. Yamashita also beat Gu Li in Round 5.

Indeed. It is a shame. (We referred to this in the Joanne Missingham thread as well.)

Results? (http://www.nihonkiin.or.jp/event/asia16/result.html is without the finals) Where are all the game records?

Now there's a company I'd like to be on the board for... sounds like you have a proper attitude to meetings.

Let us say that there is certainly no opportunity (or reason) to play bull**** bingo during our meetings! One of my delights in the morning is watching all the commuters rushing off to their important meetings at work, deciding where the water cooler should be sited or the drafting of some meaningless form. Dilbert lives!

Best wishes.
