Registration is now open for the 2011 Irish Go Congress. Full details on the IGA website but in brief, the Congress consists of two tournaments, the Rapid on the Friday night and the Irish Open on Saturday and Sunday. The Open is a 5 round A-class McMahon tournament, and this year it will be a Pandanet Super tournament in the (final) Pandanet European Cup.
The venue (the Teachers Club) is right in the centre of Dublin, there is a bar on the premises and the usual social activities on Saturday and Sunday evenings are guaranteed. I have also rearranged the schedule for a more civilised start time on Sunday. I hope to see you there.
