I noticed that the activity on GoDiscussions has almost vanished but I couldn't understand what happened...
I was putting the blame on technical issue (some hippo problem?) preventing people from posting... Then I found a reference to "Life in 19x19". It took me a few more days to understand that this was the new Go Discussions and to join it... today.
I guess it's better late than never.
This is the first time I see such a massive move of people over the internet from 1 site to another.
I guess GoDiscussions is over (or is there a plan to move back there)?

Welcome. Glad to have another person join as.
As of right now, there are no plans to move back. We already have more functionality here on this forum, with multiple admins spread across the community. I don't see any reason for us to move back. (On a personal side, I'm STILL waiting for my account to be fully authorized so I can actually post back on GD, so I have other motives not to move back there as well

Welcome! Most are not planning to go back. Some still read both.
There is the idea of archiving some of the more important threads there, and either reposting them here, or putting them on sensei's library.
