Yes, obviously this is the root cause. I was specifically curious if it was postponed indefinitely due to player cancellations or by the organizers for safety concerns.

Biggest thing going on is lack of electricity in Tokyo region which is making everything difficult. Baseball is postponed for a bit and games are going to be played mostly in the day to conserve. It looks like latest AGA news has a report from Michael Redmond describing the situation there.
