Thought about changing my handle, but I guess folks wouldn't recognise me.
This place looks nice, feels more modern than godiscussions did. I hope we can all settle down nicely (presumably here) and things may return to normal. Darn upsets.
About me - I'm a KGS 5 kyu (though I can taste the 4 kyu) on a bit of a mission to get to (KGS) 1 dan. People've described me as a violent go player, and I like using odd opening moves.
I live in wHam!lton, Aoteroa (NI New Zealand). In real life I'm a 22 year old biology student named Jake.
I've recently read (and struggled a bit with) Kato Masao's Attack and Kill, enjoyed Kageyama's Lessons on the Fundamentals of Go, and now I'm bemusedly leafing through Kajiwara's The Direction of Play.
