My apparently old, but good edition is Chinese, light to intermediate blue hardcover (in a thin box), no ISBN, I could not find a year, 664 numbered pages and carries a series number B16. The title's kanjis look roughly like this (shift some of the lines rightwards to build boxes, the three characters are in one horizontal line from left to right as follows):
