With "precise" I think you mean "exact" rather than "almost exact plus-minus 1/2 or 1/3 a point".

Apart from the practically almost useless, but theoretically impressive On Numbers and Games, Winning Ways and Mathematical Go Endgames and a few articles in Deutsche Go Zeitung, there is currently no (English) full book yet teaching practicable applications of (almost) precise calculations.

There are papers on the topic, such as

I think you can find CGT-heavy papers from CGT researchers, but I do not know the URLs by heart.

If you should be interested also in almost-exact, practically useful literature, I could suggest two further books each with only a few related pages.
