And to all of you who don't celebrate Christmas or any of this holiday stuff, enjoy yourselves as well!
Everyone! Start posting some holiday cheer!
I was going to post something very similar to this.Bonobo wrote:Thanks and same back atcha!
For me, the feast is more about Winter Solstice—celebrating the returning sun (sorry to youze on the Southern hemisphere), I’m so glad that days are getting longer again; having grown up in the tropics, I dread the dark and cold season.
Others celebrate Hanukka or Yule, Kwanzaa or Festivus, and I’m sure I’m missing a few.
May you all have a good time, be healthy and happy!
And after this truly disappointing EOTW I’ll be glad to leave 2012 behind and look forward to new ends, and to new beginnings.
Greetings, Tom
We Aussies will just have to console ourselves with our clear blue skies, long days, and 30 degree temperatures.Bonobo wrote:For me, the feast is more about Winter Solstice—celebrating the returning sun (sorry to youze on the Southern hemisphere)
