Merry Christmas all. Up until 3am assembling a dolls house, up at 8am to set up a Wii. Functioning on 3 hours sleep at the moment while my wife gets a nap in.

For me, the feast is more about Winter Solstice—celebrating the returning sun (sorry to youze on the Southern hemisphere), I’m so glad that days are getting longer again; having grown up in the tropics, I dread the dark and cold season.
Others celebrate Hanukka or Yule, Kwanzaa or Festivus, and I’m sure I’m missing a few.
May you all have a good time, be healthy and happy!
And after this truly disappointing EOTW I’ll be glad to leave 2012 behind and look forward to new ends, and to new beginnings.
