I'm sick of annoying guests but every time I censor them, they just log out and back in. The censorship will then disappears. Censor guests seems to be a reasonable functionality. If people want to engage in chat, they can make an account.

Re: How do I censor guests permanently?
I don't think so, the helpful folks would keep the "censor guests" feature disabled.daal wrote:Nah. If anything, it would improve the new user experience, since they wouldn't have to deal with the bulk of the community at the outset.

You're expecting newbies confused about the interface to be able to join and switch between rooms?Boidhre wrote:Then restrict chat to a newbie FAQ room.
